Boutique Viva Inc. in its refund policy has strict rules that you, as a customer, should read and analyze carefully.
Refund Requested by the ClientAll clients are entitled to be refunded for their money. The refund will be possible if within 48 hours after making thepayment for your purchase, you decide to cancel the order due to personal reasons.
You must take into account that in this case, the customer will have to pay 10% of the total amount of your order for administrative expenses. After 48 hours, it will no longer be possible the reimbursement.
In specific cases, the administrative board may decide to refund your money, charging you a 2% penalty for administrative cost.

Exchange or Return of an item
Boutique Viva's main goal is to provide complete satisfaction to its customers.
However, if after the delivery of your purchase, you wish to exchange or return the products, you must send the items back in their original packaging within 60 days of receiving your purchase. Boutique Viva Inc. doesn't cover the shipping cost.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, together with manuals, remote control, accessories, warranty certificate, etc. You must also enclose a copy of your bill.
For refunds, Boutique Viva Inc. takes 3-5 business days to deposit the money in your account; during this period the items will be received and checked. If a purchase is returned without any of its accessories, the cost of missing items will be deducted from your account.
Modifications Agreements with the customers
Boutique Viva Inc.reserves the right to modify its Refund Policy at its discretion or against any customer who we consider has overused this policy. Any revision or change will be mandatory, contractual and effective immediately from its publication.
